Is there a minimum order amount? +
No, there's no minimum order. You're free to start as small as you'd like. Orders under ฿1,500 have a flat ฿150 shipping fee, and orders over ฿1,500 ship free.
How are products shipped? +
All products ship frozen by default via certified cold chain logistics (Nim Express or Inter Express Logistics). Chilled or ambient delivery can also be arranged on request.
Can I get chilled or ambient delivery instead? +
Yes! While frozen is our standard method, we can arrange chilled or ambient delivery on request. Just let us know when you place your order or contact us in advance.
Do you deliver outside Bangkok? +
Absolutely. We deliver to all provinces in Thailand. Bangkok orders typically arrive in 3–4 business days, while nationwide delivery takes 4–5 business days. Some remote areas may take an additional 1–3 working days.
